Some Famous NFT Child Artists
In our previous blog (NFT Kids Art) we identified some new NFT (Non-Fungible Token) kids artists (e.g., Benyamin Ahmed, Emilio Barrera, Nyla Hayes) that were beginning to make a name for themselves in the NFT art world. In this blog, we will identify a few more famous NFT child artists that have hit the headlines in recent times. The first is 8 year old NFT artist ‘Arthus NG’ who resides in Hong Kong (see below).

Arthus is one of the youngest NFT artists in Hong Kong, and he has even had his NFT artworks featured in the 2022 ‘K11 Musea: Metavision’ NFT project and exhibition hosted by K11 Musea, HSBC, and Visa. Arthus first started his involvement with NFT artworks, not in order to make money, but to allow him to access the art world using different online platforms. The efforts made by Arthus help to illustrate just how important it is to encourage young children to develop their artistic skills and abilities using new technologies such as drawing tablets.
‘Laya Mathikshara’ (Twitter, @layamathikshara) is a 14 year old digital artist that hails from South India. You can view many of her NFT artworks on her Instagram social media profile (layamathikshara). Laya first ventured into the NFT artworld at the age of 9, however, she later started to learn programming languages such as C+ + and Python, which she then combined with digital art programmes such as Blender and Cinema 4D. Some of her first NFT artworks showcase this blend of artistic and programming talents (see below).

You can access all her social media accounts and online platforms via her website (amazingdevya.com), and you can view her exploits on her Instagram profile (amazingdevya). Devya hosts a range of NFT artwork collections on OpenSea, such as ‘The Mira Collection’ and ‘Alt Devya’. Devya also contributed an NFT artwork to the ‘Drawing Inspirations by Flower Girls’ collection hosted on OpenSea. It is a collection which features young NFT artists depicting the contributions of women to the fields of botany and environmental sciences (see below).
